By creating an account on siadiy, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the siadiy platform.
siadiy reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and siadiy. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Users participate at their own risk and discretion. By using siadiy, you accept full responsibility for determining whether online betting is lawful in your specific location and circumstances.
4.1 Registration Process: To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC): siadiy is required to verify user identities as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures. You may be required to submit proof of identity (Indonesian KTP or government-issued ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions or closure.
4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. siadiy will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, you acknowledge that failure to enable it may increase the risk of unauthorized access to your account.
4.5 Unauthorized Access: You must notify siadiy immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. siadiy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access that results from your negligence.
4.6 Account Accuracy: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point thereafter is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: siadiy accepts deposits via Indonesian local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrencies (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin). All payment methods are subject to availability and may be modified at siadiy's discretion.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit amounts typically start at Rp 50.000 or equivalent in cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary based on payment method and VIP tier status. Specific limits are displayed during the transaction process.
5.3 Processing Times: Deposits are generally processed within 2-5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method, time of request (WIB business hours vs. off-peak), and account verification status. VIP tier members receive priority processing.
5.4 Payment Method Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon with siadiy support for legitimate reasons.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML): siadiy maintains strict AML policies. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transaction patterns, unusually large deposits with minimal betting activity, or other indicators of potential money laundering will trigger enhanced verification procedures and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.6 Fees and Charges: siadiy does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet operator, cryptocurrency network) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees. Currency conversion fees may apply when depositing or withdrawing in currencies other than IDR.
5.7 Failed Transactions: If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to incorrect banking information, insufficient funds, or payment provider issues, siadiy is not responsible for any resulting delays or losses. Contact our support team immediately if you experience transaction issues.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions offered by siadiy are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided with each promotion and must be accepted before claiming the bonus.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; specific contribution percentages are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: siadiy reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting system errors or loopholes, placing opposite bets (hedging) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct deemed to be an attempt to gain unfair advantage.
6.4 VIP Program: The siadiy VIP loyalty program operates on a monthly turnover basis with six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. VIP tier benefits include cashback, faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive promotions. VIP status is reviewed monthly and may be adjusted based on betting activity.
6.5 Bonus Disputes: All decisions made by siadiy regarding bonus eligibility, wagering requirements, and bonus disputes are final and binding. If you believe an error has occurred, contact our support team with detailed information. We will investigate all legitimate claims fairly and transparently.
7.1 Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details before confirmation. siadiy will not cancel or modify bets after placement except in cases of obvious technical error or force majeure.
7.2 Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits may apply to specific bet types, games, or events. These limits are disclosed in the relevant game or market rules. siadiy reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits to manage risk exposure.
7.3 Game Results: For sports betting, official results are determined by the relevant sports governing body or league. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) algorithms. For togel (lottery) draws, results are sourced from official lottery operators in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and other jurisdictions. siadiy does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
7.4 Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in cases of: obvious technical errors (incorrect odds displayed), events canceled or postponed beyond the specified time frame, participant non-starters, or other circumstances specified in the specific game or sport rules. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.
7.5 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, bet cancellation, and potential legal action:

8.2 Third-Party Services: siadiy relies on third-party service providers for payment processing, game content, sports data feeds, and other services. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by third-party providers.
8.3 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, siadiy's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
8.4 No Warranty: The siadiy platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
8.5 User Responsibility: You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses incurred. siadiy does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for poor betting judgment, losses, or gambling addiction.
9.1 User-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited.
9.2 siadiy-Initiated Suspension: siadiy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
9.3 Forfeiture of Funds: In cases of serious terms violations (fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering), siadiy reserves the right to confiscate any funds in your account, void all bets, and refuse to process withdrawals. This right is in addition to any legal remedies siadiy may pursue.
9.4 Post-Termination: Upon account termination, you must immediately cease all use of the siadiy platform. Any attempt to create a new account after termination will be detected and the new account will be closed.
10.1 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which siadiy holds its operating license. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law shall apply to matters specific to Indonesian users.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your use of the siadiy platform should first be directed to our customer support team. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under international arbitration rules.
10.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with siadiy on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
10.4 Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
